Folio Property Pty Ltd was established in 2020 by John Macree following a 21 year career with Jones Lang LaSalle. John attained the position of Regional Director and over his career held multiple senior positions at JLL including;

• Head of JLL Parramatta

• NSW Head of Sales and Investments (Metropolitan Markets)

• National Head of Industrial Investments

• Director Capital Markets - North Sydney

John specialised in property sales in the Sydney metropolitan and regional markets, covering a variety of asset classes including development sites, office buildings, industrial in both the warehouse and logistic sector as well as manufacturing. Institutional grade investments were also part of his remit.

Some of his clients included, Property NSW, Urban Growth/Landcom, Sydney Water, Dexus, GPT, Goodman, Woolworths, Centuria, Corval, 7 Eleven, Jemena.
